Pictured below is a Puritan Magnetics Model ND21212POW-R CLEAN Drawer Magnet. This two row 12” x 12” self cleaning Drawer Magnet contains rare earth neodymium-iron-boron- magnets. Included with the magnet are an inlet transition and bulk bag Air Cuff also manufactured by Puritan Magnetics.
The pneumatic components are mounted to a removable plate for remote mounting to allow easy operator access. The application is to remove fine metal particles from silica sand and a minor ingredient mix for use in glass manufacturing prior to bulk bag loading. All product contact areas have been treated to withstand wear due to the abrasive nature of the product.
